Designed for secondary level students. A functional approach to fitness training, where you will use a variety of resistance and cardiovascular equipment, as well as your own bodyweight. Great for general fitness or to give you the edge in your chosen sport.

CHAIR BASED / WHEELFIT
A range of suitable and appropriate exercises designed for wheelchair and those unsteady on their fet. Benefits include increasing fitness levels, improving your posture and your range of movement (Max 8 participants)
